Aperol Sour

 
 

Because aperol can become more than just a spritz!

what you need:

2 oz aperol

1/2 oz vodka

1 oz fresh lemon juice

1/2 oz simple syrup

1 egg white (fresh)

what you do:

combine ingredients in a shaker and shake without ice to make foam. Add ice and shake until chilled. Strain and pour over ice. Garnish with edible flower.

*if you double the recipe, still use 1 egg white
