Pumpkin Overnight Oats

Cause who doesn’t like a pumpkin spin on things.

what you need:

1 cup oats

1 mashed banana

1/2 cup almond milk

dash of vanilla

2 tbsp pumpkin butter (I like @halfbakedharvest’s recipe)

drizzle of maple syrup

what you do:

Combine ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy the next morning. Optional toppings include fruit, nuts, seeds, honey, more pumpkin butter or any nut butter.
