Basil Oil

 

Think pesto, but far more versatile.

what you need:

1 packed c basil

1 clove

1/2 c olive oil

hefty pinch of salt

what you do:

add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. it’s truly that easy. put on everything and everything (eggs, toast, as salad dressing, on burgers/ chicken, on pasta, as a veggie dip, you get the idea).
